Welcome to the Defiant Influencer Program. By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before applying.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to the Defiant Influencer Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Defiant Influencer Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a minimum of 1,000 followers on major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Maintain an active and engaged audience.
3. Application Process
- All applicants must complete the online application form.
- A non-refundable application fee of $100 is required for the background check and validation process.
- Applications will be reviewed within 14 days. Defiant reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
4. Verification and Background Check
- All influencer accounts will undergo a verification process to ensure authenticity.
- Defiant will perform background checks to ensure compliance with our standards and values.
- Influencers must provide accurate and truthful information during the application process. Any false or misleading information may result in rejection or termination from the program.
5. Membership and Fees
- Upon approval, influencers will be charged a $10 monthly subscription fee. This fee covers legal forms, support, and any necessary exceptions such as Parley SAG.
- Membership fees are non-refundable and will be billed automatically each month.
6. Influencer Responsibilities
- Influencers must promote Defiant’s products and services honestly and transparently.
- Influencers must not engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent Defiant’s brand.
- Content created for Defiant must comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
7. Compensation
- Influencers will receive compensation for participating in campaigns and successful referrals.
- Payments will be processed within 30 days after the completion of each campaign and after the clearance of the purchase.
- A minimum payout threshold of $200 must be reached before any payments are made.
8. Content and Intellectual Property
- All content created for Defiant campaigns remains the property of Defiant.
- Influencers grant Defiant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute their content in connection with the program.
9. Termination
- Defiant reserves the right to terminate an influencer’s membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions.
- Influencers may also terminate their membership by providing written notice to Defiant.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Defiant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the influencer program.
- Influencers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Defiant from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their participation in the program.
11. Changes to Terms
- Defiant reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Influencers will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
